The problem of the Napoli football team, as shown in the game lost yesterday against Bologna, is the attitude during the match. It’s something that in my opinion is untrained, because it is assumed that they have the skills to play it well enough to put the players in a position to be able to do in the field. My idea is different. In fact, the competence in play as we know depends on the integration of two components, which are the skills acquired and the attitude (how to behave in the field). In essence, it is not enough to be skilled, the players must know how to show it in the game, improving the attitude Napoli will continue to play well but it will also do it in the face of opponents.

a dirsi sembra facile, nella sostanza però come dovrebbe essere tale atteggiamento? Cosa dovrebbero fare in campo i giocatori perchè sia quello giusto? E soprattutto da parte del mister come si potrebbe intervenire?

Certamente non è facile allenare l’atteggiamento in campo ma è quello che un allenatore dovrebbe fare. Ad esempio Velasco allenava i suoi nazionali a buttarsi per prendere palloni impossibili con una probabilità bassa di successo. Bisogna costruire esercitazioni in cui si debba mostrare tenacia per riuscire a farle in modo corretto.

molto interessante, quindi proporre esercitazioni in cui sia richiesto di lottare e combattere per ottenere un risultato o un obiettivo anche in situazioni svantaggiate ad esempio. Giusto? E così facendo alleniamo anche la capacità e la voglia di essere sempre attivi e partecipi.
