99/100 = Jessica Rossi

Jessica Rossi won gold in shooting, olympic trap, with an incredible score of 99 out of 100, the new world  and Olympic record. Rossi has twenty years and she is a true talented Italian athlete. It ‘s the proof that investing in young athletes is an effective investment in and do well in a sport, like shooting, where you can race up to 40 years. She showed that calm and concentration are skills that are not only acquired  later in life but they can already lead to a great success a young athlete.
