What happens to the doped athletes ?

It’s news of these last days that Mauro Santambrogio , cyclist tested positive for doping , wanted to commit suicide. This episode reminds me that we know nothing of how the life of doped athletes continues. What will happen at Devis Ricciardi , track&field, sent away from the Army group, or that what it’s happened to Alex Schwazer, the Beijing Olympian, found positive shortly before leaving for London. They disappear, no organization is dealing with it and I hope they have a social environment ready to welcome them, help them to accept the blame and change their mindset and life. The sports organizations are not organized to provide services to their athletes who are experiencing difficulties that go beyond the legal sanction , while they should also provide treatment programs. Moreover, they should also provide for better management of their human resources, not to let coaches and athletes at the mercy of the doping sirens. We know that many athletes and coaches do not have the sense of social responsibility necessary to stay within the sport rules, so they need a system that, from the inside, will guide to follow them  and allow the athletes to not feel alone in the war of resistance against the shortcuts that drugs today permit. Therefore what happens to the athletes doped?
