The mental coaching allows the dancers to find their own answers for the improvement of sports performance to these questions:

  • Am I able to compete to the skill level I am capable of?
  • Do I dance usually better in training than in the race?
  • Doubts or worries limit my performances?
  • How do I know that I’m ready to dance?
  • How do we face difficulties with my partner?
  • How do I react to the negative performances?
  • How d0 I focus before the competitions?
  • What is my/our mental warm-up?
  • How do I support my partner?
  • Do I manage optimally the stress to compete in the final?
