The match of Barcelona versus Milan has been an example of aesthetic exercise, which is the opposite of winning mentality. Barcelona has in fact had a percentage of ball possession that was almost 70%, it’s something of incredible and shows the quality of the team on the field at the same time is absolutely useless. In football win the team who shoots and usually strong teams make more shots in order to have more opportunities. In Champions League the goal is play to win, everything else is a detail. In football, the goal is a rare event not as in basketball or volleyball, where there are points every few seconds. Barcelona, in this case it was a textbook example, because it kept the ball that is the first thing to do but it did not do the second, which is to shoot at goalkeeper. It has been suspended for the first time a football match for racist chants. It was a friendly match between AC Milan and Pro Patria. Italy has therefore a new sad record.

Since few days the issue Allegri, Milan coach, has appeared in newspapers and yesterday we added a new episode. Allegri and Inzaghi have quarreled so much on the field in front of the audience and the youth team of AC Milan coached by Inzaghi.
First, this kind of an insult to any player would have led to a chorus of negative comments and condemned by the media and this has not happened. But this interests me little.
Second, I ask myself why two people and with so great public success easily have lost self-control. Here, too, I do not make a moral issue but I’m interested in understanding what leads to these reactions. It is the usual wounded narcissism of the famous people, the so-called Success Syndrome based on the “How dare you speak to me that way, you do not know who I am!” I fear that this is the explanation that brought them to this argument.
Third, I would suggest to these coaches and millionaires to learn from great football coaches like Nils Liedholm, Enzo Bearzot or Dino Zoff what it is self-control. Let us always remember a basic aspect of interpersonal communication: praising in public and in private quarrels. The scenes in public are the representation of the high level of stress that we are living and the consequent difficulty in maintaining control of our actions.
Milan coach, Allegri, is put seriously in question in these days because the team does not score and lost two of their first three league games. It’s the same team that has sent away 5/6 players important players without replacing them with other top players. The Club is associated so other football clubs in thinking that the coach that in the two previous seasons won the championship and finished second, after just three games can be fired. If this is the system in order to overcome the difficulties it can be said that Italian football is now lost.
Tutte e due sono stanche. La Juve può avere l’ansia di dovere chiudere e finire come il Barcellona: tirare ma non segnare. Il Milan ha l’energia di chi di colpo crede che l’impossibile possa realizzarsi. Vediamo chi dei due sarà più bravo a gestire questa tensione che, siamone consapevoli anche noi, sarà pazzesca per i prossimi 10 giorni.
Settimana di esasperazioni nel calcio, tanto che lo stesso Conte ha ammesso “abbiamo caricato male questa partita, cominciando da me”. Ma non è stato solo questo, ci sono state le esternazioni pubbliche di Reja sul restare o andare via dalla Lazio, quelle continue di Ranieri, Galliani e Conte che a fine 1° s’insultano, l’eterna polemica sugli arbitri che decidono con i loro errori il campionato. Perchè? Perchè questo è ciò che piace ai tifosi, che si possono schierare, trovare dei nemici su cui scaricare le loro frustrazioni, fare squadra per difendere l’affermazione di un loro beniamimo. Non interessa parlare di calcio ma trovare qualcosa e qualcuno su cui sfogarsi. Finalmente hanno visto (metaforicamente) il sangue e hanno nuovamente dei nemici, ognuno i suoi. Le squadre e le società sono ancora una volta cadute in questa trappola, anche se a qualcuno di loro piace caderci dentro.
Ibrahimovic sa che deve imparare a trattenersi e che queste sue reazioni istintive sono sbagliate. Non è la prima volta che un fuoriclasse cade in questa trappola che lui stesso si è teso: la testata di Zidane è la madre di questi gesti inconsulti. La questione pone due domande. La prima riguarda l’atleta: come mai questi fuoriclasse, consapevoli del grande valore che rappresentano per la squadra e altrettanto consci di questo loro punto debole non agiscono per cambiare? Secondo: Come mai i loro club non si muovono per prevenire questi comportamenti? Ciò che è evidente è che le reazioni dei giocatori e del club sono sempre a posteriori, come se non fossero interessati o preparati ad agire diversamente. E’ inutile attribuire allo stress generato dalla pressione su questi giocatori la causa di questi comportamenti sbagliati e non passa tutto con una bella dormita. Bisogna imparare a restare sereni e corretti e forse lo psicologo potrebbe aiutare questi fuoriclasse a cambiare e il club a a sostenerli non solo a parole.
Juve e Milan si sentono penalizzate e i rispettivi allenatori lo dicharano apertamente. In più la Juve con il suo dg Marotta afferma che soono anche poco esperti. E’ venuto il momento di lamentarsi degli arbitri. E’ sempre la stessa storia ogni anno, quando i risultati non vengono (Juve) o un giocatore viene squalificato (Milan) ovviamente la colpa principale è dell’errore arbitrale che condiziona il campionato. Più corretta è invece la reazione di Guidolin dopo la partita persa con La Fiorentina. “I rigori contro? Non giudico l’operato dell’arbitro, accetto il loro giudizio anche se qualche volta la penso in maniera diversa. Io ho uno stile mio che voglio portare fino alla fine. Se ha visto i rigori vuol dire che c’erano. Anzi non mi sono molto piaciuto quando ho protestato con lui per i due minuti di recupero dati”.
